Yes, I am off to go and fast and detox in Palm Springs. Yipee! Ryan and I are going to be on a liquid diet for 3 days. We’ve been only eating fruits and vegetables for 4 days now. I feel a lot more closer to my Guinea pig since we have had the same diet all week. I hope I feel better after all of this. I did cheat and swallow down some advils last night. Having no caffiiene is killing me. I just want to go to Starbucks!
