I just got a visit from the doctor and he gave me a shot in my butt since I have been throwing up since 5:00 AM and it is now 5:00PM. He said I will feel better in a few hours but I do not feel good now. I am exhausted. I must have eaten something that gave me food poisoning. Ryan is feeling not so good now and so are some of our relatives. I got it the worst. I can’t hold anything in or down. I can’t write much so I’ll check in tomorrow.
